Advanced Health has contributed a Study Grant to the South African Society of Maxillofacial and Oral Surgeons (SASMFOS) Congress 2025 Pre-Congress Event, a premier event that brings together the local and international excellence in oral and maxillofacial surgery. This year’s congress promises to be an exceptional gathering, focused on a highly relevant and evolving theme, with the pre-congress event reaching out to Medical and Dental Practitioners. Physiotherapists and all other Allied Health Professionals who manage patients with these complaints and concerns.
Held at the picturesque Lord Charles Hotel in Somerset West, attendees will enjoy an ideal blend of world-class academic content and the stunning natural beauty that the Cape region has to offer. From vineyards to beaches and wildlife sanctuaries, it’s the perfect backdrop for meaningful learning and professional connections.
The SASMFOS Congress 2025 will host an esteemed group of local and international experts, who will share insights into the latest trends, research, and clinical practices in the diagnosis and management of orofacial pain and TMJ conditions. - Pre-Congress Workshops: Covering Implantology and Distraction Osteogenesis, plus a dedicated session for healthcare professionals offering supportive therapies for orofacial pain and TMD.
- Post-Congress Hands-On Training: Interactive, practical sessions including:
- A dry lab for TMJ surgery planning
- A wet lab for TMJ Arthroscopy and Replacement
