  • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Nursing

  • Theatre Qualified nurse with post-basic qualification in Theatre Technique for more than 5 years.
  • Must have worked in theatre as a RN during the last 3 years

POSITION PROFILE
Position title:Marketing and Personal Assistant
Geographical Location:Somerset West – Advanced Vergelegen Surgical Centre

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND KEY OUTPUTS
  • Marketing duties and building effective networks between doctors and Advanced hospital
  • Contributes to planning and developing marketing strategies
  • Participate and support in patient and client experience
  • Liaison with al external and internal stakeholders in the healthcare industry
  • Develop and maintain data regarding the area
  • Plan and manage marketing events on behalf of Advanced Health within the communities it serves
  • Contribute to the agreed activity targets
  • Personal assistant duties for central office
  • Administrative tasks of scheduling meetings, updating diaries, arranging travel, and reporting
  • Preparation of records agendas, minutes and reports
  • Ability to work independently from conception to completion of projects
  • Multi-tasking and effectively
  • Managing executive’s diary and schedule appointments
  • Communication with senior managers and doctors
  • Organise and plan logistics around transportation, meetings and conferences
SKILLS PROFILE
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Degree in marketing or business administration, relevant qualification and experience as personal assistant and marketing duties
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of the private healthcare industry would be beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s license
